Our farm vision has three major pieces: producing the purest organic food, growing products that are affordable to the widest range of people, and having a profitable business that pays us for our hard work. Easy, right? Not so much. When we analyzed our numbers from last year, it became clear we need to make some changes where these three deeply-held values are in conflict with one another.
